Every January, K.A.F. will offer an intimate weekend hands-on workshop with literary luminaries from all over the globe who will provide constructive feedback and supportive guidance to any writer who
wants to develop their literary skills. Whether you are a screenwriter, playwright,
novelist or non-fiction writer, this is the one workshop you need to attend in 2025.

2025 WORDSTOCK FACULTY --
ROBERT ROTENBERG - Internationally known as “The John Grisham of Canada,” Rotenberg is a criminal lawyer based in Toronto and the author of seven bestselling novels.. He is also a screenwriter and a master writing instructor, who has seen many of students become published authors.
PAULA MUNIER - Double threat, Paula Munier, is a literary agent at the firm, Talcott-Notch as well as the USA TODAY bestselling author of the Mercy Carr mysteries. "A Borrowing of Bones," the first in the series, was nominated for the Mary Higgins Clark Award and named the Dogwise Book of the Year. She is also a very nice person.
RICHARD KREVOLIN - Sarasota's own, Krevolin has taught in some of the finest universities in the world and his students, including people like Film Director John M. Chu and author, Wanda Morris. A master teacher, he has been blessed to lecture around the world on storytelling and is the author of many books on writing for the movies and even brand narratives.

(The GALA COCKTAIL HOUR AND WRITER'S ROUNDTABLE will be open
to the public and tickets will be sold to that event -- Tickets 25$ donation to K.A.F. Otherwise, to attend both
this event and all the rest of the events, you will need to sign up in advance for the entire weekend.)
SATURDAY JANUARY 25th
(The FINE ART of STORYTELLING)
10- 12:00 am -- MASTER CLASS WITH ROBERT ROTENBERG --
Rotenberg will discuss the art of writing a great novel. He will pay particular attention to the first line,
paragraph, page and chapter of a novel. (Participants may send Robert the first 5 pages of a project

LUNCH WITH FACULTY
2:00 - 3:30 pm -- MASTER CLASS WITH RICHARD KREVOLIN --
Krevolin will delve deep into the art of STORYTELLING. He will discuss what he has learned
over the course of his career as a playwright, author, screenwriter and brand narrative consultant which
can help you as a storyteller, dramatist and writer.

10:00 am -- THE BUSINESS OF WRITING ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION --
11:00 - 1:00 am -- PAGES OR PITCHES --
(Each student gets a 20 minute session in which the entire class and faculty focus on their work.
Each student can share their story idea in a pitch form verbally or in the form of their first several pages,
or even an outline or synopsis. The key thing is to get feedback on their work so
they can move forward on their project in the right direction. )
LUNCH WITH FACULTY
2:00 - 5:00 pm -- MORE PAGES OR PITCHES --
(More sessions in which the entire faculty and class can focus exclusively on each attendee. These
are hands-on sessions where everybody will receive lots of positive feedback. )
